New study show that sleeping on your back is the best position overall for your body. Sleeping on your back makes your neck and spine lay comfortably; as long as your head isnt propped up too much. This reduces back pain and neck pain a lot of people complain about in the morning. Sleeping in this position will also prevent premature sagging of breasts and can reduce wrinkle formation. The only flaw; major snoring. The worst position to sleep in at night is the stomach position. It is very hard for your neck and spine to be in an natural position if you sleep this way. You're more likely to have a lot of neck pain or back aches in the morning. If you are one with snoring issues that your spouse dislikes, sleeping in this position is recommended because it opens up your airways.
If only everyone would sleep the right way. Maybe then we could have happier people and less sleep deprived jerks.

Wisconsin: Second Wettest April on Record
According to the National Weather Service, 5.49 inches of precipitation (also including melted snow) has fallen this April. The record so far is 6.47 inches back in 1929. Cleveland Ohio is predicted to reach their record high rainfall and snowmelt on Thursday. All of this rain is putting a damper on landscaper's plans as well as farmers and gardeners. People keep reminding themselves that "April showers bring May flowers" but not if there is too much rain. Some cities along the Mississippi as getting nervous about flooding. All along the Mississippi river there have been flood warnings issued until Sunday. Water levels were rising in ditches posing issues on Hwy 41 in Oshkosh. Hopefully the rains die down and help spring flowers on their way.

Tomato Famine in Italy!
Early Monday, Italy announced that a rare insect has been multiplying and destroying a large amount of crops. It's cousin, the eggplant, is also being attacked by this vicious bug. The history of the tomato goes way back into Italy's history. By 1700 the whole population had tomatoes in their homes. This famine could affect the U.S. and South American countries that produce tomatillos. Exports of Italy's tomatoes have ceased until they can control the Assassin Bug to prevent carrying it to other countries. In 2005, Italy ranked 4 in the world for tomato exports. Their crop exports are predicted to decrease by 40% by next year if the Assassin Bug is not controlled. Think of how many dishes in Italy have tomatoes. If there are 40 percent less, not evewryone in Italy will have tomatoes in their home. What will the Italians eat? What will happen if it travels over to the U.S? No more pizza, Bloody Marys, or spaghetti. :[
