School Principal Fatally Shot

Today, the principal of a Northern Californian school was shot and killed. The suspect in the case was a janitor from the school. Rumor has it the principal got into an argument with the gunman and that was what led to the shooting. Now, after many school shootings in history where kids bring guns to school, there are teachers and other faculty bringing guns? No students were injured but the principal passed away on the way to the hospital from a gunshot wound to the torso. The janitor is now in custody. A student may have even witnessed the shooting. The school's staff did a great job of locking down the school after a gunshot was heard. Now we know that lock down drills actually serve a great purpose and are effective. Should students be worried about their teachers pulling something or other faculty?

  2. OH MY.... This is awful. It is a shame that school shootings have risen to the point that it is now, let alone having staff involved. :(
